$55.00 overnight regardless of size.
Our charges are based on a per night basis, similar to a hotel. For every night your dog stays with us there is an additional charge.
Our check out time is 12 Noon. Any late checkouts will be subject to the appropriate day care charge starting at 12 noon until check out.
Because our occupancy limitations, it is imperative that you book a reservation to ensure that we can accommodate your dog. You can either call our reservation telephone number 818.846-2234 or use our convenient e-mail [insert email link] reservation request.
We encourage you to book your holiday reservations early - especially Christmas and Thanksgiving. We are often booked months in advanced during the holidays. There is a four-day minimum stay for Christmas and Thanksgiving.
We do require one night’s deposit per dog in order to book a reservation for non-holiday weekends. Holiday deposits are $100.00.
To return your deposit, we require a full 48-hour reservation cancellation. Our Holiday Cancellation policy is 7 days. We will not return deposits beyond the above stated cancellation times.
FORMS OF PAYMENT
All reservation deposits can be taken over the telephone. Or you can stop by with cash or check.
We take all forms of Credit Cards including Debit cards.
There are no standard additional boarding charges. We do not charge more for individual diets provided by you or medication, as long as the diets and or medication would be considered ordinary and normal. We do charge more if it becomes necessary to furnish special diets in order to entice your dog to eat (such as cooking for your dog) or if it becomes necessary to change your dogs diet to a prepared bland diet such as canned ID (intestinal diet).
You are financially responsible for any and all veterinary visits made on your dog’s behalf while they are under our care.
Any excessively destructive behavior by your dog while they are with us can be subject to replacement costs.
A Note About Check-In Times:
For the well being of any dog staying with us, it is best that dogs be dropped off by mid-day at the very latest. It is important that we not feed any dog dinner that has been left with us close to our closing time (between 5 P.M. and 7 P.M.), as there is inherent danger involved in feeding dogs that have not had time to settle in.
